polka dokka cares a lot for our customers. Although we trust the quality of our selections, we understand that sometimes the actual products might not live up to your expectations during online transactions. So we offer FULL refund (less the original shipping cost, if any) as long as the following requirements are fulfilled:
#1 : The product is returned in its original condition, unwashed, unaltered in any way, together with all original tags/labels and packaging.
#2 : The product must be returned within 10 calendar days after receipt. Dates of receipt will be based on our record with the shipping company.
#3 : The following products cannot be returned/refunded:
- underwear, swimwear, hair accessories and socks, due to hygiene reason
- SALE items unless they are faulty
- Items which are specified as non-refundable at the time of sales
#4 : Only one refund request per order.
#5 : If the products are sold as a bundle at a special price, all bundled items should be returned together for a full refund. Otherwise, the unreturned product(s) will be charged at full price and the difference will be deducted from the final refund payment.
Step 1 :
Fill out the refund form which is included in all shipments and indicate the reason(s) why you need the product(s) refunded. You may also download and print the form here.
Step 2 :
Return the product(s) to our office in Hong Kong either in person (by appointment), or by a delivery service which offers a tracking number. Please use the address label we provide in the shipment and retain the proof of delivery which indicates the date you dispatch the products and our address.
Step 3 :
Email us at email@example.com to inform us the Order ID, the item(s) which you intend to request for a refund and the tracking number.
Terms & conditions:
- Each order is entitled to one refund request only.
- We can only process a refund when we have received the returned products. Therefore it is very important that you choose a reliable and trackable means of delivery service.
- You will need to bear the cost of delivery for returning the products. If polka dokka is asked to settle the delivery cost when the package arrives, we will deduct the delivery cost from the final refundable amount.
- If the returned products do not reach us in the original condition; if they are damaged, washed, altered; if the tags/labels, box or other forms of packaging are damaged or missing, polka dokka will NOT process the refund. We will inform you and you may pick up the products from our office at your own cost. Products which are not picked up within three months after we received them will be donated to the needy.
- We cannot offer refund the shipping fees which you paid in the original order.
- Once a refund is processed, the respective Polka Points previously earned for the refunded item(s) will be deducted from your account.
- polka dokka reserves the right to reject any refund requests which do not meet the above requirements. polka dokka’s decision shall be final.
